Experience the magic and beauty of the Guaria de Osa Ecolodge for 6 enchanting nights. Guaria de Osa is a rainforest, ocean and culture discovery center, located amidst a timeless tropical nature sanctuary on Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula. Known as “The Little Amazon by the Ocean” it is home of one of the last great stands of Central American Tropical Rainforests, where wilderness coast and paradise beaches borders a sparkling and pristine Pacific Ocean.

seven nights hotel accommodations;

all transportation and tips within Costa Rica;

delicious, wholesome, gourmet meals  served three times a day with vegetarian  and gluten free options at the enchanting Guaria de Osa Ecolodge (GdO) on the Southern Pacific Coast;

standard triple occupancy rooms (double or single room options are available. Please inquire.); all day self service herbal/tea/coffee bar, including Guayusa Tea (a caffeinated longevity tea from the Ecuadorian Amazon) at GdO;

filtered water in the GdO dining room and kitchen;

clean linen on orthopedic mattresses with mosquito netting and ceiling fans at GdO;

the facilities of the Guaria de Osa including the Lapa Lapa Lodge, which is ideal for daily yoga or Tai Chi;

one Drumming for Dolphins ocean adventure and a snorkeling tour to Cano Island or a Hike in the Corcovado National Park with an experienced Costa Rican guide;

Leave the details to us: All accommodations and travel are pre-arranged. Other daily activities include hiking on remote beaches and the jungle, snorkeling, hammock hanging and drum parties on the beach.

Sunday, February 23, one night stay in San Jose at the Hotel Brilla Sol. Taxi from airport to hotel included.

Monday, February 24, tour group departs Hotel Brilla Sol after breakfast for the Osa Peninsula. Group Transportation includes Osa peninsula transfers and boat taxi from the town of Sierpe at the head of the Sierpe River to Drake Bay on the Pacific.

Arrive via boat taxi at Playa San Josecito and the Guaria de Osa Ecolodge afternoon of Monday, February 24.  Stay 6 nights. 

Sunday, March 2, after breakfast the group departs Guaria de Osa for journey to San Jose Airport.


Receive a $100 discount if full payment is received by December 31! Otherwise, if a deposit is received by December 16, 2013, the cost for this tour is $1,850.00 per person based upon triple room occupancy.

A $350.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. We recommend that all participants get trip insurance.
